When
placing an order for graphics,
please contact Logo Kings
representatives with as much
specifics as possible in order to
complete your job as efficiently
and as expediently as needed
Included
in such information should be: Job
description, quantity, date
needed, and any other such
detail. In the case of jobs
requiring quantity cost and
shipment, such as stationary,
flyers, brochures, and the like, a
Logo Kings representative will
research such information and give
you a return call as soon as
possible.

"Contract"
Logo Kings policies and
procedures
Within 7-10 days you will be scheduled to
view your prelim graphic concepts.
At that time you may interact with our
artists by simply making comments and selections in
regard to the designs submitted to you for your
approval . This
process allows you to
#1 Approve the graphics,
#2 request revisions.
Proof
of Graphics: Once the art
department prepares the final formats of your job, we will
prepare it in raster (viewable drawings) formats, such as
(BMP,JPEG, GIF, TIF or CDR). One or more of
these formats will
be emailed to you for your approval and or
critique. Once the final approval of
the job is given, a hard copy of the artwork will
then be presented to you on a cd in various print
related formats. (EPS, AI, CDR, BMP, JPG, etc), as
well as printed out on a standard 8 1/2" x
11" sheet.
Fees: A fee of $25 (non-refundable) is
collected in order to begin the logo process, with
the balance being paid upon delivery of the
completed job. Unless, of course, customer decides
to make payment of debt in full.
Graphic work fees are $25 an hour.
Cancellations:
Cancellation
of order(s) having already been started on, will
result in a charge of $25 for time rendered and
services of labor.
Agreement Policies.
Client is soliciting graphics services for one or
more job(s).
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork
become the property of the Client, having unlimited,
indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon
payment of all fees. Logo Kings retains
rights to display the artwork in portfolio and
advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives,
or other preliminary materials, which are not
selected by the Client or are not included into the
final delivery, remain the full property of Logo
Kings. Logo Kings retains the Right to
cancel any order and refund money at any point in
the logo development process. Money back guarantee
is valid only in the event that Logo Kings invokes
the right of cancellation. Money back guarantee is
not valid for circumstances unrelated to the design
service including if we have no contact from client
for 30 days.
