Logo Kings policies and procedures

                Within 7-10 days you will be scheduled to view your first custom logo concepts.  At that time you may interact with our artists by simply making comments and selections in regard to the logo designs submitted to you for your approval .  This process allows you to   #1 Approve a logo,  #2 Approve logo and request revisions ,  #3 Ask for a new logo concept. 

                #1 Approve a logo:  When you select this option you are choosing the logo you have selected just as you see it without any revisions. Once you approve a logo the art department prepares the final formats of your new logo, therefore revisions and new concepts are not available. After approving your new logo, we will prepare it in multiple formats, such as on an 81/2" x 11" gloss, as well as on a 3 1/2" diskette for you to download (AI, BMP, EPS, JPEG, and CDR) These formats are the most common and will be suitable for most all your advertising needs.  In addittion, the logo will be provided to you on a single envelope, business card, and stationary letterhead to give you, the consumer, a general idea of how your logo will look on company related products. A fee of $25 (non-refundable) is collected in order to begin the logo process, with the balance $125 being paid upon delivery of the completed job. Unless, of course, customer decides to make payment of debt in full.

                 #2 Approve/ with revision:  When you select this option you have approved this logo but are requesting a change/revision. Revisions are only available to a logo you have chosen for approval. Therefore, once you choose this logo and option, you may request up to 3 revisions free of charge. Any changes made to the logo after that will be billed $25 a sitting. Having selected a logo for revisions also means new concepts are no longer available, unless otherwise paid for. 

                #3 Create new concept:  When selecting this option, you have decided that you are not interested in the current set of designs that we have created, and want us to create more concepts. We will remove the 1st set of logos from the table(they will no longer be available) and create the next set of  logos for you to choose from. If your not satisfied with the next set of concepts (3) we will remove them as well and wish you well in finding the logo of  your choice with another company of your choosing. 

Definitions:  New Concept: A completely different logo concept.  Revision: A Revision is a change to an existing/approved logo concept.

Cancellations:   Cancellation of order(s) having already been started on, will result in a charge of $25 for time rendered and services of labor.

                Agreement Policies. Client is purchasing one (or more) custom logo(s). Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Logo Kings retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of Logo Kings. Logo Kings retains the Right to cancel any order and refund money at any point in the logo development process. Money back guarantee is valid only in the event that Logo Kings invokes the right of cancellation. Money back guarantee is not valid for circumstances unrelated to the design service including if we have no contact from client for 30 days.
